Teaching
My teaching follows my research: how organizations attract, combine and develop talent. It runs from strategic human capital and talent management, through entrepreneurship and innovation, to artificial intelligence for business, and I teach it to undergraduates, graduate students and executives.

100+ professionals trained in company programs.
Teaching Software
Tools I have built and use in my courses.
AI Tutor for DIAN
A companion app for the certificate's participants: an AI tutor that works through each module's concepts with them, asks questions instead of handing out answers, and supports review between sessions.
AI-based chats for class activities
En terreno: students interview the protagonists of a teaching case, played by AI, then work with a tutor that has read those interviews and pushes them to build the diagnosis themselves. First case: a distribution center facing automation and supervisor turnover, for the Talent Management course.
Others I have used briefly across courses: a playground that sends the same prompt to several models side by side; a chat that answers questions about a company database and shows the query it wrote; a conversational survey that profiles a group before the first session; and a debrief chat that follows a class activity.
